“ 1st time in here to try it. Having specialty burgers in TX, OR, CO, all over the south... IN, OH, KY, TN & the Middle East ... well ... it was a very tasty burger ... BBQ Burger 13.75 .. Strawberry milk shake 7 & a side of fried 5 .. with tax was 28 ... the fries could have fed 3 to 4 people ... but it was a great experience and friendly staff. Clean inside - good stuff! ”
“ Awesome burger joint with very very juicy smash-style burgers. They have a bison burger option which was absolutely delicious. For this reason, and many more on the menu, this offers much more variety than other competitors. Their fries are equivalent to that of Five Guys and arguably crispier and better. The portion size is very generous! The staff was very nice and courteous and delivered my extra crispy bacon after they had accidentally forgot it. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the burgers are top notch. ”

“ This place is a hidden Gem! I pass it daily heading to and from work and decided to check it out as I was craving a burger. Their burgers are excellent, good size, tasty and their fries with vinegar dip are excellent. The environment was quiet and comfortable. Very clean facilities, friendly staff! “ So my sister & I stopped by here last week. We don't live in Richmond area so we don't go up there often but we decided to give this place a try. Let me tell you, it did not let us down!! It was soooo good. I love cheeseburgers but most places I think are over priced for just a burger but this place is well worth it & its really not expensive. It's just like everywhere else. I got a cheeseburger & regular fry & it was like 15 so not bad, to me at least. & the amount of fries you get, you could definitely split a regular sized one with someone else. Anyways, if you like cheeseburgers try this place. You won't be disappointed. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, everything was on point. I have no complaints & will definitely be back whenever we go up that was again. I highly recommend! UPDATE: This place is still BOMB!!! YUMYUMYUM!! ”
“ So this is my second time coming to Burger Works and I really question myself for why I don't eat here more often. I made my own burger and ordered a regular side of fries (Which are very tasty and honestly enough for 2. Bless them for being so generous.) The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. I didn't know what I wanted when I walked in but the employee helping me made me not feel rushed so shout to him for being patient and offering me some recommendations. I also want to shout out Autumn for her attentiveness and superb customer service. She checked up on me and made sure I had everything I needed. Always a pleasure to see her. In conclusion if you want a good burger and generous portions served to you by a well rounded and professional group of individuals come here. Thank you again for the amazing dinner! ”
